This weeks "Throwback " video comes from a very soulful and very distinct voice two decades and sadly she announced that she is retiring from music to focus more on her acting career. It is none other than miss Toni Braxton. Her unique vocal tone is what set her apart from any other female vocalist to date. Some people consider this generations Anita Baker.
