Stars On The Rise is introducing a new weekly post called "Throw Back Thursday!" Stars On The Rise is all about discovering and shining a light on who might be the next big in music. But like the say you don't know where you are going with out remember where you have been. So every week I will pick successful artist first ever music video. Just to prove every great artist had to start somewhere. In honor of Super Bowl weekend our first "Throw Back Video" comes from Beyonce.
