This weeks "In The Spotlight" artist is a hip hop artist that goes by the name Psycho Ward. I he has some unique skills on his song " Crenshaw 15001" I think he has a unique rap ability the is rhythmic and a little slower. It kind of reminds me of "Bone Thugs & Harmony.
