Jamie Grace

This weeks artist is a young women who is putting a pop spin on gospel music. She goes by the name Jamie Grace. Jamie Grace was born in Atlanta, Georgia on November 25, 1991. She is a actress, singer, rapper and songwriter. She was discovered on "You Tube" in 2010 she is currently signed to Gotee Records. In 2011 she released her song "Hold Me" which she won a Dove Award for New Artist of the Year. She also gain attention from Grammy Award with a nomination. What got my attention was her performance of her song "Hold Me" on the talk show The View. She make gospel music more main stream to the public.
