Little Dragon

 This week artist is band that I feel put a unique spin of the world of electric pop and they go by the name of Little Dragon. Little Dragon is a Swedish electric pop band that came together in 1996. The band consist of "Yukmi Nagano" (vocals, percussion) and her close high school friends "Erik Bodin" (drums)," Fredrik Källgren Wallin" (bass) and "Håkan Wirenstrand" (keyboards). The band got it's name from The band's name was inspired by the "Little Dragon" nickname Nagano earned due to the "fuming tantrums she used to throw while recording in the studio. The band released their first album in 2006 and in 2007 they signed with a British indie label call "Peacefrog Records. They released their album "Little Dragon" in 2009 the released "Machine Dreams" and their current album "Ritual Union". In my opinion their music is fun and happy and makes you want to dance.
