Happy Friday to all of my loyal Stars On The Rise followers. Another long and busy work week has come to an end. Before you guys get all of the fun and exciting weekend fun started. We need to put another artist in the musical "spotlight". This weeks artist is Tim Turner a Los Angeles singer and songwriter and TV director. I think his has this great soulful and laid back style with his music that I really love. I see great things for Tim Turner and his musical destiny.
